Tiphaine Cogez Cousseau embodies a modern vision of Haute Parfumerie, combining unparalleled expertise with ecological awareness. Passionate about perfume her entire life, she has cultivated a true olfactory library, the result of decades of curiosity. Her career began in the shadows of the Rochas and Balmain houses, where she refined her skills in fragrance development. However, it was alongside Francis Kurkdjian that she took charge of global marketing for his eponymous house in 2008, launched in 2009, and established herself as a key figure in the industry. These years of collaboration with the Artistic Director of the World of Hermès sharpened her eye and her sense of rigor. She retains from them the precision of the great houses. In 2024, after four years of research and innovation, Tiphaine Cogez Cousseau launched BRUME ORPIN, a committed French Haute Parfumerie house offering a luxury oriented toward the future. For her, to create is to commit.

At BRUME ORPIN, we choose to use few ingredients, but of the highest quality. This allows us to limit our environmental impact and reduce health risks. Our perfumes are composed of local natural ingredients and molecules derived from green chemistry, which is cleaner and more respectful. Each perfume is manufactured in France with expert partners, in a constant quest for a balance between quality and responsibility, in response to the expectations of connoisseurs of exclusive olfactory creations, often associated with niche perfumery.

BRUME ORPIN is crafted entirely in France, in collaboration with exceptional manufacturers and artisans who possess rare and sustainable expertise.

From the olfactory composition to the manufacturing of the bottle, from the gift box to the paper, every step is mastered, conceived, and produced locally using local supplies. This choice is obvious: to promote French excellence, preserve traditional techniques, support responsible supply chains, and reduce our environmental footprint. Tiphaine Cogez Cousseau, our founder, works hand-in-hand with recognized partners—some designated as Living Heritage Companies, others centuries-old—to bring forth a demanding perfumery that is deeply rooted in its time.
