Olfactory description

This candle holds within it the deliciously smoky comfort of winter travels. This creation will fill your home with a soothing fragrance, akin to the joy of adventures recounted by the fireside.
This scented candle is refillable. Its glass container, engraved with the lines of the house, is kept and reused indefinitely.

Burning time: approx. 40 hours

Ritual of the Flame

Our candles are conceived as suspended moments. To let them reveal their full light and fragrance, follow these simple gestures, almost like a ritual.

Before lighting the candle

Gently trim the wick to no more than 1 cm (approx. 0.4 inch). Place the candle on a stable surface, away from drafts, so the wax may melt evenly.

As the flame rises

Allow it to burn until the entire surface becomes liquid (around 2 hours). This prevents the wax from forming a hollow.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, nor near children, animals, or flammable materials.
Avoid moving the candle while it is lit or if the wax is still fluid. Protect it from drafts and delicate surfaces.

Extinguish and preserve

To extinguish, blow softly or use a snuffer. Always wait for the wax to solidify before moving the candle.
Before the next use, you may dip the wick into the melted wax and gently straighten it, keeping it centered.
Store your candle away from light and heat. Nestled in a cupboard, it will delicately perfume your linens, like an invisible trace.
